I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Pennsylvania and Delaware. I received my bachelor's degree in Psychology from University of Delaware and my master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from LaSalle University. I currently hold the highest membership from the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) as a Clinical Fellow and an Approved Supervisor. Have you had a recent life change? Has a relationship started to become more difficult? Did something happen with an injury, or medical condition, that has changed your life? Are you overwhelmed with balancing your personal life and work responsibilities? Did you just have a baby? Has there been a death in the family? Most people will say yes to at least one of these. Yet most people don't understand how these things have major impacts on our mood, body, fiances, job, school performance, and behaviors.
After spending over a decade doing in-home, family therapy I have witnessed the impact of stress on our lives and in our relationships. I have experience working with trauma, addictions, high conflict families, couples in distress, children, and adolescents. I want to help you understand how these things become depression, anxiety, anger, and physical pain. I will listen to the stories of your past, so it can inform you of what is happening now, and then motivate you for your future.
If you are feeling hopeless, you are not alone and I can help.
I am excited to work with you and can offer immediate and flexible availability. Call today to start on the road to feeling better and being happier.

Therapist Locator is the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) database for therapists who have been trained in relational therapy and are recognized by the association.
Many therapists say they are family and marriage therapists, but have they had the training necessary to be recognized by the association for relational therapy? Click on the link below to see my profile as an AAMFT recognized relational therapist.
Psychology Today is a unique therapist database because it will verify each therapist listed. If the therapist is identified as a verified therapist, Psychology Today has confirmed the accuracy of the therapists credentials and their ability to practice.
