I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Pennsylvania and Delaware. I received my bachelor's degree in Psychology from University of Delaware and my master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from LaSalle University. I currently hold the highest membership from the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) as a Clinical Fellow and an Approved Supervisor. I am a faculty member and trainer for the Philadelphia Child and Family Therapy Training Center in Philadelphia, PA and am certified in Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT).
Have you had a recent life change? Has a relationship started to become more difficult? Did something happen with an injury, or medical condition, that has changed your life? Are you overwhelmed with balancing your personal life and work responsibilities? Did you just have a baby? Has there been a death in the family? Most people will say yes to at least one of these. Yet most people don't understand how these things have major impacts on our mood, body, finances, job, school performance, and behaviors.
After spending over a decade doing in-home, family therapy I have witnessed the impact of stress on our lives and in our relationships. I have experience working with trauma, addictions, high conflict families, couples in distress, children, and adolescents. I want to help you understand how these things become depression, anxiety, anger, and physical pain. I will listen to the stories of your past, so it can inform you of what is happening now, and then motivate you for your future.
