Background
I am currently a graduate student in the Marriage and Family Therapy program at Northwestern University, and I am so grateful to be a therapist-in-training at A Nurturing Mind. I am passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families through their unique journeys. I received my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Religion & Politics from Lafayette College, where I also worked as the Interfaith Fellow in the College Chaplain’s office. In this role, I facilitated interfaith discussions and developed a deep interest in working with interfaith couples and families. Additionally, I worked as a writing tutor, helping others find their voices and express themselves more clearly.
My approach to therapy is shaped by these experiences, and I strive to bring empathy, compassion, creativity, and flexibility into every session. Therapy has been a valuable part of my own life, especially through periods of grief, life transitions, and self-exploration. I look forward to collaborating with individuals, couples, and families as they navigate challenges and work toward personal growth.
